Carbon footprint results: verified impact per application
Based on a life cycle assessment (LCA), each 50 kg applied can prevent 25 kg of CO₂e emissions, compared with the conventional reference scenario. Over the past three years, we’ve expanded our environmental studies to measure impact across the full life cycle—from production to use—so we can continuously reduce our footprint and support more sustainable agriculture.
Based on this study’s functional unit and assumptions, our solution shows a substantially lower overall CO₂e impact than limestone.

Fertiscoria’s product carbon footprint has been independently verified using a cradle-to-gate life cycle approach. In parallel, we invest in research and field validation to document performance in real farming conditions—supporting productivity, soil health, and more sustainable agriculture.
